5 hours of non stop work and procrastination... 

Materials used:
Lycra (for the balaclava)
Upholstery foam (for the actual head base
White felt (for the teeth + horns)
Orange felt (for the tongue) 
black felt (for the inside of the mouth and lip definition) 

Tools used:
Scissors 
Hot glue gun (7mm) + 7mm hot glue gun sticks
Felt tip pen (for making marking out parts in the foam.) 

The horns were sculpted out of foam, then I traced around the outline of the horns onto the felt, leaving an extra 1cm of sewing space. 
Then I cut out the felt shapes, then I sewed them together, turned them inside out, and put them on the horns (like a sock). Next I positioned them on the head and pinned them down. Once I was happy with the placement, I glued them down. 

Tongue is just two pieces of orange felt sewn together then stuffed with polyfill stuffing.
The teeth are just two pieces of white felt sewn together and also stuffed with polyfill stuffing.
